About me...

I'm Santee Blakey, your friendly neighborhood Self Care Coach. I panicked every day of my adolescence and then straight through to adulthood. I had regular breakdowns in basic daily function and I was utterly confused about a way past this until a several years ago. I hadn't given up hope, but I also didn't have a way forward.

Anxiety was making it impossible to live a fulfilling life. I did not understand the way my mind and body worked. I didn't under neurodivergence. Finally though, I got help. I decided to join a support group for my mental health issues, addictions, and anxiety. Little by little I got out of my shell, because I was around people who 'get it'.

From there I did the exercises and inner work my life coaches and support group recommended and little by little, I gained confidence. I felt less nervous and I took risks. I went from avoiding social gatherings like the plague to speaking on a panel at a women's empowerment conference. From having heart palpitations just getting on the train to visit my doctor, to running 2 hour long workshops with perfect strangers!
